Collected automatically: IP address, device type, browser, operating system and language.
Pages viewed, products clicked, time spent, referring website or ad, and cart activity.
Approximate location based on IP address.
Cookie and pixel data (see sections 3 and 4).
2. How We Use Your Information
Order fulfilment: Confirming, packing and delivering orders; sharing details with couriers; handling returns and refunds.
Customer support: Answering questions, resolving complaints, sending order updates.
Fraud prevention: Verifying orders, detecting fake or repeated unreceived orders.

6. Payments
Most orders are paid by Cash on Delivery. For mobile financial services or card payments, transactions are handled by the relevant provider under their own privacy terms. We do not store your card number, PIN or OTP.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including order history, dispute handling, and legal and accounting requirements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as secure (HTTPS) connections, restricted access and trusted service providers, to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your own accounts and never share OTPs or passwords.
